SWAY 10TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION OF DANCE is coming to the Magnolia Theater at the Lincoln Center August 19 & 20, 2023! SWAY (Supporting Women and Youth) is proud to present 35+ dance troupes and soloist dancers in honor of their 10th anniversary! Empire Grange patrons Gemini Antics (belly dance) and Ranjani & Kalapriya School of Dance – The Divine Dancers (Bollywood) have been practicing their dear little hearts out to thrill and delight your dancing spirits. Please come show your support for our Grange rental neighbors Hannah and Katie (6:30-7:30 PM Tuesdays), Ranjani and her students (Wednesdays), and all the other ethnic dancers in NoCo participating in this grand event.
Saturday, August 19, 7:00 PM is R-rated for adults only and includes two belly dance workshops. Sunday, August 20, 2:00 PM is a is family-friendly event. Gemini Antics performs ONLY Sunday, but The Divine Dancers will be performing both days.
In preparation for the event, Hannah and Katie will wow us with a command performance next Tuesday night, August 15, at 7:30 PM, before folk dancing starts.
